By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All surfboards are handcrafted. Minor variations in shape, color, and finish are part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in RM. Payment must be completed before production or shipping.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on location and customs regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.

6. Liability

Kemudi Surfcraft Enterprise is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
